Instructions
The following are the requirements needed for coaches, links are provided in the black bubbles. An email will be sent as to what is needed for the upcoming year.
- Register with USA Hockey (every year)
- Send receipt or confirmation number to Carly
- Complete Safesport (every year)
- Complete a Background Check (every other year)
- Send receipt to Carly
- Complete any Age Level Modules (if needed)
- Send receipt to Carly
- Complete Coaching Clinics (if needed)
- Send receipt or confirmation number to Carly
- Continuing Education Courses (if needed)
- Send receipt to Carly
- CDC Concussion Training (if needed)
- Send certificate to Carly
